Tech Support – Information

Technical Support solutions can be sourced on an incident by incident basis or on a rolling support contract of your choice.

If the latter is chosen one of our Consultant Engineers we will arrange to visit you at your premises to discuss your IT Support requirements.  The purpose of this meeting is to assit you in identifying whether we can provide you with a valuable service at an affordable level.

Following this discussion, if appropriate, our Engineer will conduct an Initial Audit of your computer systems.

The Audit Report will provide you with a list of observations, considerations and recommendations to improve your computer systems.  This could be based on Hardware improvements, security implementations and best practices going forward.

If you choose to participate, the next stage involves gathering a Hardware and Software inventory and distributed to any key stakeholders involved.

From this basis we will then ascertain how many hours of support would be beneficial to your system, in agreement with yourself.
