NAEvans IT Solutions has a slightly different approach to how we bill our customers.

1) If you choose billing on an incident by incident basis the charges start at £55 callout charge including the first hour.

After that there will be a charge of £35 per hour.  All incidents will be signed off by YOUR staff to confirm the exact start and finish times.  Timings run in a minimum of 30 minute blocks.

2) If you prefer to have your costings spread over a longer period and to avoid any unforeseen circumstances this can be discussed on your own comapny basis.  At NAEvans IT Solutions we decide to charge on a times basis.  On average if you have approxiamtely 10 machines on your network we recommend between 10-50 hours per year.  Any hours that are not used are repaid back to you, or the invoice suspended for a period to cover the reimbursement amount.
